What we do with your idea

When you submit a brief we use it for one purpose only — to generate the report you paid for. The flow:

• Run the brief through our research pipeline (search demand, competitors, trends, traffic, reviews).
• Hand the structured findings to AI models that write your report.
• Store the report under a private link only you can access — for as long as you want it.
• Email you the link so you can revisit your report any time.

What we don't do

• We never sell your idea, your brief, or your contact details.
• We never use your idea to train AI models — ours or anyone else's.
• We never share your idea with third parties for marketing or advertising.
• We never let humans browse your idea for fun. Access is locked to the agents that generate your report and the engineers who keep the system running.
• We never publish, repackage, or aggregate your idea into anything we sell.

Where your data lives

Everything is hosted in the EU. The application server is a Hetzner VPS in Germany; report HTML and PDFs live in a private S3 bucket; everything is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Payments go straight to Stripe — we never see or store your card details.

How long we keep it

• Your idea, research, and report stay available for as long as you want them — we don't auto-delete, so you can revisit your report any time from your email link.
• Use the "Delete my data" button on your report page anytime to wipe your idea, research, and report from our systems — usually within minutes, always within 24 hours.
• Stripe payment records are kept indefinitely as required by EU tax law (handled by Stripe, not us).
• Server logs: 14 days, then rotated out automatically.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we have, fix anything inaccurate, or delete it on demand. Use the "Delete my data" button on your report page, or email us — we respond within 24 hours.

AI providers

Your brief is processed by AI models hosted by these providers. We've configured each one to not retain or train on the data we send:

• Anthropic (Claude) — used for report writing. We use the standard API which does not train on customer prompts by default.
• OpenRouter — used to route to specific models for research steps. We send requests with no-data-retention headers configured.
• DataForSEO and similar data providers — they only see anonymized keyword and competitor queries derived from your brief, not your raw idea description.

Security

All traffic is HTTPS-only. Data at rest in S3 and our database is encrypted. Access to production is limited to a single ops account with hardware-key 2FA. We follow standard industry practices, and if anything goes wrong we'll tell you — that's also a legal requirement under GDPR.

Cookies & analytics

We use Meta (Facebook) Pixel, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site and to measure ads. These collect anonymized browsing data, not your idea content. You can disable them in your browser or with extensions like uBlock Origin.
