How It Works
IdeaScanner reports are generated on demand — the moment you pay, our engine begins querying 50+ live data sources and building your report. Because data is collected and processed immediately upon purchase, each report has a real production cost.
When You'll Get a Full Refund
- System failure — If your report fails to generate due to a technical error on our end, you'll receive a full, automatic refund.
- Payment error — If you were charged incorrectly or experienced a duplicate charge, we'll refund the extra amount immediately.
Founder review needed
Satisfaction Guarantee
- Option A — Quality guarantee: If your report is missing major sections or contains clearly incorrect data, contact us within 7 days and we'll re-run the report or issue a refund.
- Option B — No-questions-asked window: Request a refund within 24 hours of delivery if the report doesn't meet your expectations.
- Option C — Case-by-case: Not satisfied? Email us. We review every request individually and work to find a fair solution.

What's Not Covered
- Disagreement with the Go/No-Go recommendation — the report reflects what the data shows, which may not always match your expectations.
- Limited data availability for very niche or early-stage markets — the report will clearly indicate when data is sparse, and this is itself a valid research finding.
How to Request a Refund
