1. Service Description

IdeaScanner provides automated market intelligence reports generated from live data sources and AI-powered analysis. Each report is produced on a per-order basis in response to user-submitted business idea descriptions.

2. Payment & Pricing

Reports are sold as one-time purchases at the price displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. No subscriptions or recurring charges are created.

3. Report Delivery

Reports are typically delivered within 30–60 minutes of purchase. You will receive an email with a link to view your interactive report. Your report remains accessible any time you need it.

4. Accuracy & Disclaimer

Reports are generated using live data from third-party sources and AI analysis. While we strive for accuracy, IdeaScanner does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any data point. Reports are intended for informational purposes and should not be the sole basis for business decisions. We are not liable for decisions made based on report content.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the business idea you submit. The generated report and its format are owned by OPSSNODE LTD. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the report for your own business purposes.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the service (data is queried and analyzed immediately upon purchase), refunds are generally not available once report generation has begun. If a report fails to generate due to a system error, you will receive a full refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

OPSSNODE LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the report in question.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
